David & Lloyd set up DarkBear in March 2018. With over 20 Years Bar Experience between them it was time to make their own stamp on the industry. DarkBear is a dedicated rum bar with a range of over 200 different bottles of rum.

DarkBear also caters for a variety of events, Including cocktail masterclasses in your own home.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Symondsbury Estate’s Manor Yard, award-winning Colmers Hill Fashion has a wonderfully relaxed and tranquil setting. Our name is taken from the hill just behind us which forms an iconic part of the West Dorset and Jurassic coastline.
