Please be advised that some of the stylists and therapists operating within SHED do so on a self-employed, subcontracted basis. While they work alongside our team and share our values, they operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SHED.

As such, SHED is not responsible for the actions, omissions, advice, or services provided by these independent practitioners. Any contracts for services, including payments, cancellations, refunds, or complaints, are made directly between the client and the individual practitioner.

Each independent practitioner is responsible for holding their own appropriate insurance, qualifications, and professional standards.

By booking with a self-employed practitioner at SHED, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
